Ever wondered why some white guys, love black women so much?

It seems that being a white male and proclaiming your attraction to black women (not only sexually, but also romantically) may lead to a lot of controversial and dangerous things. Let’s leave the debate of why more black women may be opening themselves up to white guys. The main focus of this debate is: why some white guys are opening themselves to black women. Let’s concentrate on that.

Most white males don’t feel like they are running short of white women to marry. White males just marry at high rates. So question is: Why black women? The thing is it will not be fair to bundle up black women as one since everyone is their own person… be it in appearance or personality.

However, one thing that a white male friend of mine said… and I let him get away with bundling it all up is: “We love a black woman's confidence, her tenacity and her undeniable achievements in the face of great adversity...᾿ Since this info was coming from a man, there was definitely the mention of the lips, the curves, and that wonderful skin as well.

So what about stereotypes like “black women are either sexually conservative or total sluts?" Many people give so much lip service to interracial dating sites. You would think they have never done it. But those uptight individuals are the ones that spread these stereotypes. What happened to the highly educated black woman? How about the caring, decent and involved black woman?

Probably most white guys and others are confused with the stereotypical trash people spread around and if you are one that falls for such lame ol’ lines, then you sure as hell haven’t dated a black woman.

Bottom line, you don't have to sacrifice who you are for a white guy. They will love you anyway. Just be you and open yourself up… and if you like white guys, some white guy will find you too.

    Menelik like I said in my previous post to queenie over there, you have no idea what you are talking about and like to analyze people to cover up your own insecurities. See my theory is, if you had more confidence in yourself and what you have to offer a black woman,you wouldn't be busy on here trying to analyze me and the rest of the sistas on here. Instead, I believe the blacks who grow up in mainly white enclaves prefer to be the white person of the same sex! Does this make sense? Perhaps not. But look at it like this: Black girl grows up around little white girls with their lily-white skin and long blonde or brunette hair. Black girl feels odd, not quite right: inferior even. Herein lies a solution to Black girl’s identity problems: identify wholly with white girls. The greater the identification the less stress associated with being a Black girl. Menelik says: as Black girl becomes woman she realises that she is liable to rejection, marginalisation and racial discrimination at the hands of the very group of people with whom she socio-culturally and racially identies i.e. white males and females. This presents a range of differing problems and issues. So, new politically correct guises must be sought after and utilised. “We are all the same!” announces alianated Black woman (ala Martin Luther King) “but I prefer white men…as opposed to Black, Asian, Hispanic and Bi-racial men, and if you don’t like it, that makes YOU the racist!” But as I’m suggesting above, this so-called preference hides one simple truth: that our black friend would much prefer to be a white female since these females are percieved as the feminine norm unlike Black females! So in essence, these Black women are in distress since they are uncomfortable in their own skin and uncertain of their own femininity. They dare not lash out at white women as this would portray envy of them. And lashing out at Black women would alert others to their own self-loathing. That only leaves one target. Black men. White men are simply a cover for their desire to be white, female and to have a light-skinned child. in no other respect are white men seen as useful. Black men are men (just like daddy); white women are women just like their internalised ideal. Black women are simply mules! This is the internal reality of the likes of Bamababe. A reality she attempts vainly to conceal behind her alleged white-boy love. It aint anything of the sort: it’s white-girl envy. This is where here real issues lay. Thank You. He takes down their license plate and told the fat white woman can she even take a shower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why white man get so angry at fat white women. Their face actually turns "red" and they start railing. I just think he "hates" fat white women. LOL Put a white man next to an obese white woman. Let the fireworks happen. LOL I am watching this "white trash" behavior. Just shaking my head with the few black people in front of the elementary school. Oh yea, I rarely talk about the kids. But this 1 little white girl in recess. Why she look like a "crack head" and she only in third grade. EVERYDAY, I just keep looking at her like WOW. I never thought a kid could look like a crack head. The missing tooth, crack head clothes. I know the elementary school is filled with 80 percent poor kids.     There is loud, and there is distinctive loud. Latinas can be loud, for example. But so are Latinos and there is no marked difference in speech pattern based on ancestry (looks). And there is no sub population that I know of that changes their tonality and goes into facial contortions and exaggerated body language. My African friends like imitating them every once in a while. In no way am I saying this is all African American women. But a significant, and especially flamboyant and therefore easily noticed, minority, is usually the group that is remembered and therefor feeds the stereotypes. Mexican drunks... Actually most Mexican immigrants who come over are devout religious people and rarely consume alcohol and are very family oriented. But the drunks you see on the street are a significant minority that makes their presence noticed and therefor feeds the stereotype.

    I could list many non black celebrity women alone, who are very loud and boisterous drama queens. In my personal life, I've known many embarrassingly loud women that were not black. But, always just the black woman mentioned. Oh well. It is what it is!

    This might be the only time I agree with Sal Islamic black women are nice and carry themselves with class. Their faith is so strong it is amazing. I am a Christian but I respect their religion. The funny thing is you would think Islamic Black women are struggling or suffer discrimination. I have never met a broke Islamic Black woman. My boss she actually drives a BMW. She is not materialistic because to her "money doesn't mean that much". But she does get money. The reason I am saying this people tend to assume some Islamic Black people are radicals and "broke". A majority of the time that is not the case!

    Sal, some men can't handle a strong minded, opinionated woman no matter what race she is. I think sometimes that's why some black women rebel against oppressive men in their lives. Florida did with James on Good Times. LOL And he got with the program too.

    My experience with many African American women, is that many, not all, can get loud and they take on this nasalized voice that is just annoying as hell. Some Caribbean women have their own version, but less often. I just have never experienced anything like it in the Afro-Latino culture, so I suspect it is an Anglo thing. I think it has to do with upbringing, and who you hang out with though. I have also dated AA women who just had great personalities. Usually they came from strong stable families though. One of the sweetest most feminine soft spoken African American women I ever met, married to a Black man so I am not giving her kudos because she was married to a White man or anything like that, was Islamic, strong personality, but always a sense of class and respect. Those are the jewels that shine.
